This Forum will examine micro-credential perspectives and opportunities from industry, local government, and educational thought leaders including:

  • Anita Shinde, Partner & Inclusion Leader, Deloitte LLP
Through dialogue and conversation together we will explore:
  1. What micro-credentials and digital badges are and how they provide skills-based learning opportunities to improve recruitment, employee training, and retention efforts for your business.
  2. What skills and competencies are needed to support business operations, continuity, profitability to advances workforce strength.
  3. How companies can collaborate with post-secondary partners to design micro-credentials that meet industry needs.
